Who We Are

Founded by chefs Chloë and Dax, ZEST was born from their love of cooking and exploring, As food lovers, they often searched for rare and unique ingredients abroad but couldn’t always find what they needed once back home. 

This frustration inspired them to create ZEST – a way to help others like you discover authentic spices and bring extraordinary flavours into your own kitchens.
